We aim to display only items that are in stock or that can be despatched to you quickly. In the event of a product going out of stock we will aim to contact you within 48 hours when you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative product or cancel your order.
Payment is not taken or banked until the day of despatch . If an item cannot be supplied you will not be charged for it.
We may refuse to accept an order where goods are unavailable; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, or if there has been a pricing or product description error.

If a delivery cannot be fulfilled in one package, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then Saturday Casuals may choose to delay the order, or send part of the order immediately, and then send the balance when the stock becomes available, if this happens we will notify you by email.
In the event of the order being dispatched in more than one part, then there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.
All orders received before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day and should reach you the following day in most cases. We will always strive to deliver within 24hrs.
We take payment security seriously at saturdaycasuals.co.uk. We use Secure Hosting to ensure secure payment transactions via the Web Site. We have also signed up to the Visa and Mastercard security programmes Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. These give enhanced security and peace of mind when making purchases via the internet with the use of a personal password set up by you via a direct secure link to your bank. If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge. You have up to 7 working days after receipt of goods to cancel your order and return the goods. Note goods must be in their original, unused and unopened packaging. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods using recorded delivery for cancelled orders. We reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days.
